Rules:

~What the King says, goes.
~If the King is absent, the Queen is obeyed.
~If both King and Queen are absent, the Beta pair will lead the herd.
~The Beta pair is in charge of training colts and protecting the herd.
~All Heirs are to be protected at all costs.
~Outrunners answer to the Beta pair, but the King and Queen may promote or demote as they see fit.
~Outrunners may be stallion or mare.
~Outrunners will protect the herd at all costs.
~Main Herd members are selected by the King and Queen.
~Main Herd members are encouraged to breed.
~When joining the Herd, a horse is automatically Lower Herd.
~Lower Herd members are permitted to breed, but it is not encouraged.
~Main Herd members have unchallenged dominance over Lower Herd members.
~All problems must be taken directly to the King or Queen or the Beta pair.
~If seeking to leave the herd, a stallion or mare must negotiate with the King for their release.
