Arctic was caught off guard by the male that pounced on him. As a matter of fact it took his breath away and there was really little that he could do without his powers. He was helpless beneath the ripping of his teeth but... oh how the rage was pulling up and into his nostrils, filling his heart until it felt as though it would burst from his chest.
Amidst the commotion Arc to picked up Alei's scent. He was shocked. He really didn't think that she would ever find him. But then something puzzling happened. They seemed to know her. She seemed to know them. What in the blue blazes was going on here? Now... not only was the male Alpha peeved about the male attaching him but he also had burning questions that needed to be answered.
Arc's head jerked toward Alei and he snarled out a question. "Do 'you' know these outlaws?" His wide eyes were filled with shock and yes anger, an abundance of anger. He wanted the story. He wanted the truth. So many things were running through is mind. If she did know them then perhaps she knew that they were here this entire time. It took more then a day or two to plan and then carry out a mission like this.

K y r i o u s Manix A l e i
Alei thought it would be great to hear Arctic's voice. To know that he was safe, and let the wonderful sound surround her once more, filling her entire being with ecstasy-but this was no where near that. This didn't even sound like the sweet, caring male that she had come to know and love so quickly. The sound of his voice was, in fact, terrifying. It made her flinch, and shudder at the enraged snarl that pierced each word so harshly. Her eyes still shown a cold blue, as she looked past Manix's ashen fur with a guilty expression plastered onto her face. Kyrious stepped away from the alpha, and flicked his tail, allowing Manix to release her. He nodded obediently, lifting his paws from the female's body, before seating himself beside her.
Alei raised her gaze to Manix questioningly, as if she was waiting for him to throw her down again. Fear shown in her eyes for a moment, it felt terrible to know that the only family she had left couldn't be trusted. Manix picked up the look, and immediately felt her pain. He was weird that way. Expertly, he hid the pain from his eyes, though on the inside it continued to build. After another moment, Alei stepped to her paws, looking from Manix, to Kyrious then to Arctic. A tear streamed down her cheek as she winced at the sight of him. His battered pelt, bloodied neck... The pain in his lovely golden eyes. She could barely force herself to nod, answering his question before making him wait any longer. "I'm so sorry, Arctic." The words came out as a whisper, and she had to close her eyes to hold back the tears. Bowing her head, she wondered what was going to happen now... She wondered why they had done this... What had Arctic done to them to make them this angry?
Before she could say or do anything else, she was pulled from her thoughts and back into reality, as Ky's malicious laugh cut through the air. Her eyes remained closed as he stepped to his paws, and began walking toward her. "You haven't told him about your brothers?" He acted shocked, though she could clearly hear the sarcasm in his deep voice. She kept her maw bowed, eyes closed, too afraid to look up and see Arctic's expression at his words. Alei was the one who was shocked. Yeah, she didn't know her brothers, she hadn't seen them since she was a pup, it was as if they were complete strangers-but never had she expected them to be so... evil. Maybe she should have taken the hint when they told her not to tell anyone about them hunting so close to her pack's den. Though, it wasn't her fault. She didn't know how bad of a crime that was, for she had never been a pack before. Not until now. Arctic didn't know that though... What was he going to think of her? She doubted he would believe her if she told him that, he would probably think she was trying to give some lame excuse. So many things ran through her mind, she couldn't think clearly...
Suddenly, she could feel Ky's breath running through the fur on the back of her neck. He had circled her, and now stood behind her, filling her ears with that evil laughter of his. "It's a shame... I'm disappointed in you, Alei." She gritted her teeth, and closed her eyes tighter, anger was building fast, surging through her entire body. Her muscles tensed, claws dug into the ground, and without thinking, she spun around and launched herself at the large, four foot tall, ebony wolf. Claws ripped at any available spot, teeth lashed for his throat with amazing force, but he fought back. His wide, forepaws pressed into her chest, knocking her off with ease. She twisted in the air, landing softly on her paws, he hadn't pushed too hard, and she had a feeling that he wasn't here to fight her. "Stay out of this." He growled, though his voice still managed to stay calm. His fixed his gaze on hers, daring her to try and do that again. Alei had felt the tension between them, and she knew he could easily kill her. But she didn't care. Again, she leaped through the air, this time, tightening her grip on his body. She dug her claws in deep, and pulled them down, ripping under his fur and through his skin.
She could hear his growl in her ears, and his own claws piercing through her skin, but she ignored it. Adrenaline was now rushing through her blood stream and she could barely feel the pain. Her teeth latched onto his shoulder blade. She felt him push again. This time with all four paws. Both forepaws on her chest, hinds on her stomach. The quickly began to push harder, and she had to loosen her grip, and pull away. She knew it was a mistake, but she couldn't continue to let his claws penetrate her stomach, that was the weak point. With another hard push, she was sent through the air, this time not being able to land on her feet. She hit the ground, landing hard on her side, chest heaving as she desperately gasped for air. There was no way she would win a battle against him. All the while Manix stood back. He was always taught to never break into a battle. Especially one with Kyrious. Not only because he could, and most likely would, turn on you in a matter of seconds, but because it was up to the one fighting. Kyrious would have his head it he dare tried fighting his battles for him. He would rather fail than someone help him.

Her sincere apologies fell upon deaf ears. Arc was simply to angry to allow her tenderness to penetrate his heart. At this moment in time he doubted that he could ever trust her again but he wasn't aware of the full story, that Alei didn't know that it was harmful for intruders to be hunting on 'his' pack grounds. Arc could barely allow other wolves to take a short cut through his land. Situations such as these were all to often taken advantage of once permission was given once. The only reason he allowed some to enter now was because of new ones entering his pack, as was the case with Alei.
But still... She never even shared with him that she saw her brothers, not to mention that she even had any. Surely they said something to make her think that she really should share such vital information with him, him of all wolves, the leader of the Celestial Terrace Pack, the Head Guardian of The Mists of Penori. Did she not know that they were evil? Was she really that ignorant?
The femme looked down and away from Arctic but he still saw the tears and could tell that she was holding the rest of them back. 'She should turn away, she should cry', thought Arctic rather coldly. He too then turned his eyes from her, the same eyes that looked upon her in the past with fondness. The sad thing was that he was going to, today, reveal that he was in love with her and he was going to ask her to be his mate. But not now...
Quickly Arc looked back in Alei's direction, only because there was a commotion. Other then for that reason he would have kept his back turned on her and continued to give her the cold shoulder. He saw that Alei was attaching her brother, the meaner of the two. Not only once but twice, each time unsuccessful, the second time leaving her exhausted, laying on her side and gasping for breath. His eyes held no pity for her but it would still be interesting to watch to see what the outcome would be.

Fangs glistened in the sunlight, as Kyrious curled his lips in a snarl, fur bristling. Blood red eyes turned to Manix in a permanant glare. The male didn't even have to wait for Ky's orders, for he could see them written across his face. He scurried over toward the female that lay heaving on the ground. His legs stepped over her body, so that he stood hovering over her in case she tried to get up and attack once more. Manix couldn't look his brother in the eye, so instead he let his thoughts trail off, as he stared blankly at the horizon.
Kyrious turned, stalking back over to the alpha, this was working out better than he had expected... He seemed to have turned the two against each other. Oh how lovely... Still, his blood lust was continuing to build. Perhaps he wouldn't kill this male after all, just torture him a bit more. Afterall he had come all this way... His paw lashed out before him, long claws slashing into the side of the ivory male's face. The deep crimson liquid began to seep from the scratches, and Ky's snarl turned into his usual smirk.
Alei had opened her eyes again just in time to see Kyrious lash at Arctic's face. She shuddered, this was all her fault... She couldn't let this happen. She tried lifting herself up, but even her own weight seemed much to heavy at the moment. Besides that, Manix was standing over her. She could easily claw and bite at his tall, thin legs, but she knew he could fight back... He was just as tough, even if he didn't look it, as his brother. She knew choosing to fight him would be a bad idea. It would only make things worse. Even if she died trying to save Arctic's life, which she would... no questions asked, they would just as easily kill him after she lay bloodied and deceased at their paws.
At this moment in time she felt as if there was nothing left. Nothing worth fighting for. All she wanted to do was give up. This was so horrible, and it only made it worse that the guilt was beginning to settle in... To think that she could have stopped this. That it was her own fault that Arctic was so hurt right now. His death was going to be her fault...

Arctic knew that he was out numbered but he also knew that if he was able to have his full strength back that he would kick this male wolf's a**. But who ever said that evil beasts were fair? They would kick you when your down or stab you in the back when they got the chance. Honor and pride were not in their vocabulary.
The male Alpha's face was slashed and his blood flew everywhere. The power of the blow threw his head to the side, toward Alei. There was a moment that things seemed to move in slow motion for Arc. His eyes connected with Alei's. She could likely see the betrayed expression in them but there was something else. There was anger blazing as red as the hottest fire, an anger that not even the band could hinder.
Moments lingered on forever and Arc got to the point that he could no longer feel his flesh ripping open. Then there was a second, a split second when Arctic could get to his four paws. With a twist of his body he was standing. His head was down and his growl was low and dangerous. The band may have squashed his power to transport out of there or to bring up a wind storm in order to sweep them all away but he was far from weak. There was still strength in his muscles.
Powerfully the male leaped in the air, every muscle in his body flexing and exerting itself to the point of failure. Surely he could not win this fight but then again... he couldn't just go down without a fight either.

Oblivion & Odette
Talons dug into the ground as Odette watched with an uncertain gaze. Why on earth was she even here she was to soft hearted unlike her sister Oblivion. This Alpha was being treated like dirt his name mushed into the ground and here she was helping his demise. Sure she was one of the weak ones here but there was some good in her. Odette handnt actually punctured any skin as a matter of fact she had been gentle she couldnt imagine hurting a wolf for no reason even for brotherly jealousy and other things. Green eyes were wide and wondering even as Alei came into the picture making her bristles rise in defense. She saw her sister step in front of her vision blocking out the bloody massacre that was to come to the poor alpha. Least her sister understood her feelings unlike Kyrious who was all and everything dark and more.
oblivion had been watching this wasnt her fight they didnt need her yet it hadnt gotten to her yet. She was a backup fighter but still trustworthy and just as blood thirsty as Ky though she hid hers way better. pretty much she was protecting her sister from the blood and knowing she was very much so weak mind and Oblivion was very protective and blue eyes turned to look at Alei.
