She had accepted, Twilight's Darkness nearly died with joy. He could feel his happiness, exploding in his soul.
"I will show you a land where you can stay soon, lovely one," he whispered lightly into her ear. Then he stepped back, still grinning. She would come with him, and soon he would have a home for her, even if he had to fight the Neutral King for it, he would have a home for his wonderful Aurora.
"Come with me if you wish, I am off to claim our new home. Meet me there after it is officially mine. Then we can establish ranks, and while I am not here, think of my new name. King Twilight's Darkness just doesn't sound quite right," he whickered. Then he wheeled around and changed his shape rapidly.
A blue/black eagle took the shape of the stag and sped off rapidly, on wings the color of twilight.
