The dark brown mare looked around with wide eyes. Stallions, she could scent them everywere. With her mind screaming -Run! Before you're found- Tuira made her way as quietly as she could. Anywhere stallions were just reminded her of her dreadful past, something she never wanted to remember.
She kept near the stream in hopes it would lead her out of this place. Her pelt trembled nervously, her tail kept close to her hindquarters. The suns rays turned her coat to a pretty red-gold shimmer; which gave an odd effect on her dark mane and tail.
Tuira wished she hadn't had to travel alone. Her sisters and her Dam... she never had been able to save them. Her heart always made her feel like she needed to compensate the fact she hadn't been able to help her siblings. Which was why she was very kind to lost and hurting mares and fillies.
A part of her despised stallions so much. They had permanently marked her, scarred her. They always wait until her Dam and her siblings were tired before the dreaded stallions came, and did what they did best. Cause nightmares, be nightmares, scare.
Tuira jumped sideways when she thought she heard a twig snap. Staying unusually still she flicked her ears in different directions as she listened for the imposer. Her nostrils flared wide to catch any new scents, close scents.
OOC: P.S: Anyone can reply to this post, I don't have it waiting for anyone in particular. She is a Neutral horse; in case that matters.

Today is going to be a good day, Jynxed Halo can just feel it from his head to tail, from ear tips to hooves. He woke up refreshed beside the love of his life amongst blooming wildflowers with the sun warm on his back and a light breeze stirring his mane. The aura permeating the whole of Penori is light and joyous, giving a spring to his step and a weightless feeling upon his heart. Today, yes today, he is going to fulfill another part of his destiny and he is going to be the savior for some lost and weary soul, no matter what he must do to accomplish the deed.
He strides into Greenway Meadow with his head held high and a smile creasing his maw with just a splendid, overall good, feeling that spreads warmth to his gaze. Every once in awhile he picks up his pillars into a prance, as if dancing to music only he can hear, just allowing the happiness to flow from his body in any direction. Today is a good day until...
His nostrils flare as a scent on the air catches his attention. It’s a mare, but accompanying her lovely aura is the smell of fear. It stings his nostrils and nearly makes his eyes tear for the undesirable sensation. The Lord’s mood plummets a bit, sorrow and pity welling into his heart and his flints pointing him in the direction of the ailing fae. He lowers his head towards the ground in a disarming manner, flints slow and steady as he approaches. He doesn’t want to frighten her.
She sees him and he makes sure the aura around him explains his harmlessness and his good intentions. Jynxed Halo halts a fair distance from the frightened femme, lifting his head only far enough so that his voice can be heard well by her. “Dear fae, I mean you no harm. I’m Jynxed Halo, from the light terra, Symphony Falls, in the East. May I approach you?” He licks his lips, eyes soft and gentle as he tries hard not to study her, fearing she might take it as a predatory threat. Halo just wants to make the hurts all better. ~Jynxed Halo
(OOC: He’s a Light, but I figured since nobody had posted back to you that I would take the liberty so you had someone to post with.)

Tuira's ears pinned to her skull, her lips barely covering her jaws. His demeanor was strange. Different from the others that she had met. His words hit her comfortingly, which threw her off guard for a moment. -Symphony Falls? She had heard of that place- Tuira thought while she slowly let her ears up.
In her heart she couldn't tell if this stallion meant harm to her. She had been mistaken before by quiet studs like him. Tuira knew how to fight though...
"You may. My name is Tuira" ushered from her muzzle softly. Her stance relaxed some. "A light? Does that mean you are kinder than others?"
Even as a stranger he gave her space, enough to flee if wanted. She stretched her head out shyly to scent him. If he did turn on her she wouldn't want to forget who he was...

The smile on the perlino stag’s muzzle reappears and grows as she allows him to step towards her, holding back when she stretches out her chocolate boa so she may draw in his scent more closely and being content with a subtle turn of crown to sniff at her strengthened natural fragrance. He doesn’t want to frighten her and so remains still so she may inspect him for a threat, despite how he wants to touch and nuzzle in an irrepressibly affectionate way.
Her question causes a sparkle in his eyes, which close as his grinning expression beams with pleasant amusement. “I try to be, dear lady...Tuira,” he corrects himself to use her name; it’s more personable, more polite. “I consider it my responsibility to use my strength to protect others, the reason I founded my herd, so I very much hope I don’t give the wrong, fearful, impression.” Halo’s voice sounds with serious, sincere, concern as he looks to her with a raised brow of hopeful, unasked question. Does he seem threatening to her? ~Jynxed Halo

She saw the humor in Jynxed Halo's features. -He does seem less harmful- Tuira thought quickly. "So, is this land of your's close by?" she wondered to him. The edge of fearness dissapearing with his calm demeanor. Her blunt side came through though "you did scare me, that is at first. I am not used to...uh... kind stallions." Tuira looked about to see no one else nearby. Almost scary with the lack of noise, especially in an area where horses must be fluent.

The stag perilously controls the flurry of excitement that flutters in a storm of butterflies in his chest and stomach when Tuira asks about his herd. Oh, it was a small question but Halo eagerly notes the interest. He lowers his head in a respectful bow. “Well, I’m sorry to have frightened you. It was certainly not my intention. My land is close by, a short running distance and a nice walk from where we stand now.” Should he extend an invitation? Would it get a good response? She had lightened up since they had begun conversing. Not that he had any choice in the matter, his mouth working on its own as it timidly works its way around his conscious mind. “You...could come and see it...if you want to.” Stupido... ~Jynxed Halo

Her heart was beginning to feel lighter and lighter. His question quarelled with her mind for a bit. -To his land...was it safe? So far he had been perfectly behaved. If he had wanted to harm he could have long ago, not a body was close.-
She flicked her tail gently before she answered "Yes, if it's not too much trouble" she replied. Wether she was making a grave mistake or not this was the decision she chose. She probably wouldn't encounter another kind stallion such as this. Besides, the land he spoke of sounded as though there were others of his temper.
-I truly hope there is such a place- Tuira thought while she wait for Halo's reply.

She cannot know how happy her answer makes him, though he thinks if he were to let her know and to allow the excitement to bubble out in a flurry of energy that is craving to be unleashed that he would frighten her away. And that is not what he set out to do. "It's not too much trouble at all, my dear one. Would you like to go now?" He half turns in an inviting sort of way. He is eager to show his new friend his home, as he is with all new ones he meets. "It won't take long to get there," ~Jynxed Halo

Tuira jittered with some excitement and some nervousness. "Please do. I expect that you are not the only other horse that knows of this place." She hesitated at first but slowly stepped nearer to him. She hadn't met up with another horse for quite the time, not that she had wanted to.
(ooc: sounds good.)
