Okay, this isn't going as well as Berri wants, no, not at all. Berri wants to run, yes, Berri wants to bounce. But nnnnoooooo. Berri can't do those things, can he? Because big mean horsie says that he is supposed to act like them, like those long legged freaks that are weird enough to think he is one of them. Berri's sorry and all, but do you see him with a tail like that? No, not at all. He has a little fluff, like Mumma had, and the other kittens. Do you see him rearing up in the air and fighting each other like wild wolves? Nope! And damn it! He would never do that either! He is a proper animal, civilized, yes he is! Not like those other creatures...
Back legs bent some and he lifted the front legs, before lifting himself up into the air in a mighty jump, landing front legs first into the soft sand a few centimeters away from were they had been before. Again, again and again he repeated this motion, bounding up the shoreline in a very....interesting manner. He snorted with delight at the way it felt to be bouncing along like that once again, the way his muscles moved and felt, the way his paws sunk into the deep sand. He felt completely free, He felt alive. ooc:/// Short and dodgy. But my head is a mess. I can't think!!!!! Please post Berri is awesomeness

Mother is napping and so they are free to do as they please as long as they don't wander too far and get themselves lost. She might not come looking for them, they fear, if they are not careful; she acts so strangely sometimes, not like any other mommies they have seen. But that is no matter because she’s their mama and that’s all that’s important, she can be a little weird if she wants to, if it makes her happy. Mama never seems to be happy so they have to do their best not to complain.
As usual Papercut takes the lead in their exploits, her pale gray form bright with her lime green sequin spots shining under the sun, her lime green and black banners whip in the wind she creates as she trots. Her dark green brother, Knives, follows quickly after her, a large and friendly smile permenantly turning his little lips up while his rainbow spots dazzle in the sun as he is in constant movement. “Wait for me, Paper!” he shouts and dashes forward, nearly running into her rump when she stops. He hasn’t matured as quickly as his sister, who always seems to be a step ahead of him, and his balance is not quite the way it should be yet.
“Lookee,” she points out with her nose towards Berri, both foals ears perked forward and wide, innocent eye watching curiously. Knives giggles and bounds forward, trying to imitate the other colt’s bouncing. His sister follows after in merely a fluid trot, amused but not quite as much as Knives. “Good morning!” she calls, bright and cheerful like her mother told her she has to be when greeting others. It still applies to those her size, right? She thinks so, but mama doesn’t say much to them. ~Papercut/Knives
(OOC: Hope this is okay…kinda rushed. >.> Probably shouldn’t get into any other threads, but I saw nobody had posted back and so I decided to do so for you)

!!Berri!! The name is Berri. Berri is a rabbit. Not a horse, no matter what those other things insist on calling Berri. Berri don't know where he stand on the whole, dark, light, neutral thing, but Berri have been kidnapped by the Integrated horses, because they insist that he is one of their kind, one that enjoys force breeding young female foals, and mares that know no better. It disgusts Berri that he should be apart of a family that insists on this obscene practice, but Berri cannot escape their clutches, their biting teeth. For Berri does not like fight, no, not at all. Berri likes peace. And bouncing!
Something caught Berri's eyes as he landed into the shallow sand once more and he turned to see two young foals coming towards him. One, a colt, a little younger then himself, was bouncing in much the same fashion as he was, which amused Berri and made him happy. It was good to see that someone did not question his bouncing for once. He was a rabbit after all. He was meant to bounce. Just as horses were meant to run, gallop and fight. It was in his nature to do these supposedly odd things. It pleased Berri to see he wasn't the only one that enjoyed bouncing!
As the two came towards him, he whinnied a greeting, or in his mind, grunted, and bounced over towards them happily, grinning broadly. "HELLOOOOO!!" Berri called, maybe a decimal too loud for the good of the foals, but neverless in a high, happy voice. "How are WE today, young equines?"

Papercut’s ears fold back in an uncertain gesture as the other foal calls to them in a pitch a little louder than usual, looking towards her brother, Knives, who had stopped to perk his ears forward upon a green skull curiously. Well, it could be supposed that just anything above a normal speaking voice would seem deafening to one who’s only company is a mother who rarely even speaks at all and never with great volume. So Berri’s greeting comes off as a bit strange, unfamiliar, and about the only peculiar thing they find about him. That’s okay, though! He isn’t yelling at them and sounds greatly friendly. Maybe he’ll play with them! Knives, always the social bug, is the first to bounce forward, trying not to trip on his spindly legs as he contains giggles that shake his whole body off balance, landing in a spurt of sand in front of Berri. “Hello!” he says, trying to adjust his voice to a similar capacity to his possible friend, finding it uncomfortable on his less-worked vocals and drops it down a notch or two. “We’re goooood.” He wiggles his ears comically, dancing on his limbs excitedly. Neither foal has ever met another equine of their size before and the colt can barely contain his glee. “I’m Knives. That’s my big sister, Papercut.” “I’m not big,” she states matter-of-factly, always the one with the rock-hard-sense, with a sober expression on her face that soon splits into a smile. “I’m your twin.” She steps forward, looking down at her feet to eye the shifting ground that is constantly trying to swallow up her small daggers. Paper has never seen such strange earth, not that it is entirely unpleasant. She soon amend her focus of attention back to Berri, stretching her neck out on her youthfully slender neck to touch her nose to the other colt’s neck. She can smell other horses on him, equally unknown persons whom she has never met, nor may ever. The filly walks around his somewhat taller frame, tracing her maw over him in the effort to discover more about him. Her brother blinks and grins at Berri. “She’s an explorer. What’s your name?” He steps forward to touch at his new companions muzzle with his own in formal greeting. Behind him, Knives’ tail swishes animatedly, unable to handle calmly the constant flow of energy out of his body. ~Papercut/Knives (OOC: Sorry it’s not so good. It’s all over the place… )

!!Berri!! "Ooooooohhhh!!! Twins! How exciting! Y'know- Berri turned his head, watching the younger filly trace her mouth over his fur with utter curiousity. Why on earth was she doing that? What was he, a blade of grass? True to his kind and happy nature though, the rabbit-colt ignored the obvious inspection, figuring it was a way of greeting for these long legged creatures, and continued his blabbering on what little knowledge of horses that he understood. Babies! "-Y'know, twins are VERY rare with equines such as yourselves. Yup-yup ^-^! See, unlike you, Berri had MANY brothers and sisters. Yup-yup. Berri's momma had thirteen babies in all! Imagine you equines giving birth to thirteen little babies. You would DIE! Yup-yup. And die painfully."
Berri raised his head proudly at this treasure trove of knowledge that he had found locked away in his tiny brain, grinning widely and a little crazily at the two foals. Unable to sit still, he began to bounce around them in a wide circle, to happy, too excited to stand in one place. Every now and again, he would buck in the same manner as the horses had done in the herd that had kidnappd him, throwing his hind paws out in a high kick.

Okay! That was a strange...story. And both foals eyes stare in both curiosity and confusion as he appears to proudly treasure the words that had bewildered them. But their shock is quickly forgotten as he bounces around them, both giggling with amusement. In their young minds they see no reason not to accept Berri for who he is, or what he is; they’re not too certain the difference between the two in this case. It doesn’t matter. What matters is he’s fun and maybe they have found a playmate.
Soon Knives his bounding and bouncing around in a motion that is between an imitation of Berri’s bunny bounding and an equine’s buck and kick, laughing uproariously as sand spouts all around him like a fountain. It isn’t long before the filly finds herself pulled into the big game as well and is soon tussling around in the loose earth with just as much energy as the boys, until she nearly runs into their strange companion. Her head was down in a buck, she didn’t see him.
Papercut stumbles to the side, a grin on her features and sides heaving with both excitement and exertion. She leaps forward, landing in a wide stance in front of Berri in the effort to force him to stop, bringing her nose forward and pressing it right against his. “You wanna come and play with us, Berri?” she asks, her tail wagging excitedly like a puppy’s as her legs remain stiff with control to keep herself from jumping and connecting her skull with his. ~Papercut/Knives
