This feeling has overwhelmed me, But i don't know why. Somehow i think my eyes can't see, No matter how hard i try. Your love is here, Though i just don't know it yet. A tiny black stallion trotted briskly toward the shore. His large eyes nervous, yet curious of his new surroundings. This place was different, but it was beautiful and he couldn't wait to explore the whole land. Arraz hoped he didn't look out of place. He hoped this terra wasn't full of huge draft horses that could trample his tiny, yet muscular frame. Give me a sign Rayne The little black pony whispered in his mind. Rayne must guide him, show him the best path to take.

Lola Blossom had been given permission for a leave of Symphony Falls. Her duties as self-proclaimed nanny of the little heiress there is quite a job and, being so used to wandering by herself, a little alone time is all she'll need to be revived again. So she takes a dream down to the Charmed Shorelines, enjoying the salty air and the sounds of the beach as she walks, fine sand flicking up from her feet as she goes. A gull swoops down and nearly perches on her back, so comfortable with her presence. She smiles towards it, giggling at its surprised expression and watching it wing off. "Have a nice flight, little one," she calls to it. She's sure he's heard her.
As soon as her gaze falls from the blue skies, they come in contact with a small black bod in the distance. Immediately her ears perk forward, her tail swishing excitedly as he feet trampse beneath her wtih indecison. Giving in to the urge for companionship, versus her 'alone time', she turns her steps into an easy lope, slowing her pace when she comes into better sight of him. The older mare calls to him in a friendly whinny, bobbing her head in his direction with a bright smile on her face. ~Lola Blossom

Arraz, turned his head slightly. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see a very pretty, though very old and wise looking mare charging at him. She had a bright grin plastered on her face, one that he couldn't help but smile back at. He jogged forward to meet her. 'I am Arraz. May i ask of your title?' He said in charming vocals. He had to tilt his head slightly upward to speak to her, which he found slightly embarrassing. His height was one thing that bothered him. It meant he wasn't taken seriously by other stallions. They made fun of him, and didn't want to fight because they thought he would just be another trophy win for them. But he could fight back. He could pull some stunts that would leave your head spinning.

Oh, Lola isn't that old, only having spent ten seasons under the sky making her barely middle-aged. She has lots of life in her yet, pep that can outlast any of the younger generation and a heart that could love just about anyone. And when he greets her there is no sign of mockery in her eyes for her height, only a smiling glint dazzling the blue-green orbs. "It's nice to meet you, Arraz. I'm Lola Blossom." She lowers her nose to touch his neck, drawing in his scent in small breaths. She senses kindness in him and it makes the fae very glad indeed that she had had the courage to come on over. ~Lola Blossom

He welcomed her touch on his neck, for it has been awhile since another had treated him with respect and kindness. He felt his heart fizz with the excitement of someone who liked him for who he was. Not another stallion who mocked him and not another rude colt who attempted to start a fight. Arraz was Arraz, and he would never change who he was. 'Lola Blossom, you are very kind. It has been a few years since a horse has been kind to me.' Arraz said, still not removing that large smile from his kissers. The waves lapped against the shore, sending tiny, foamy, white horses tumbling toward the golden sand. In the distance, heavier clouds -though still a pearly white- were heading steadily at Arraz and the femme.

“That is a sad thing,” Lola remarks. “I too did lack kindness in my life for a long time. But when I found some at last I was very happy.” She removes her nose from his neck, taking several steps back to give some breathing room between them, hooves kicking up sand for the heck and simple pleasing joy of it. Yes, she can relate someone to Arraz’s plight, even if they experienced different sides of the lonesomeness of a lack of good nature. Something in common, no matter how small, can draw friendships closer together.
“But you are in the presence of a friend now, Arraz.” Her smiles widens, her tail flicking with contentedness towards her side and ears perched forward amongst dark tresses. This fellow seems in need of a few friends. Who couldn’t like a guy with such a seemingly pleasant manner? Oh, she doesn’t know his circumstances, but if it would please him to come home with her she is sure he’d find more than a few companions in the herd she now dwells in. ~Lola Blossom

(my muse is dead 0_0 Probably will do a pathetic reply)
Arraz kept his eyes on Lola as she spoke. Her eyes were full of understanding, but also something harder to see. She spoke with such kindness and consideration that when she going to leave, he would follow. Something had made him connect to her, something had linked them together. If Rayne was here, he would tell Arraz to follow his heart. His heart told him to stay by this mare. But his brain told him to leave her alone. Which one should he follow...

Her attention is distracted to a place out across the stretches of the waters where the gulls are crying, circling and playing about in the vastness of the sky. Her maw breaks into a pleasant smile as she enjoys watching their joyousness. Lola Blossom has always found delight in others' happiness, no matter should they be furred or feathered, pawed or hoofed. Everyone deserves a good healthy measure of happiness. But what should she do about her new friend, her eyes rolling towards him. She can see a hint of doubt behind his eyes and it causes her smile to diminish slightly in strength. "Have I upset you?" ~Lola Blossom

( Ooc - wow, very long time, i am so sorry)
'No, no no. You have not upset me Lola. Far from it infact. You have made me realise that i need to move on and forget about what has been, and no longer is my life. I hve found something special in you, sweet Lola Blossom. You kindess is unbelievable, that fact that, no matter how bad a horse has been, you see right through it and only look at the good points. That is just one of your traits. I must say, everything about you is as close to perfect as a living creature can be.,' Arraz said, smiling at the mare infront of him.

“I try to stay positive,” she speaks with a timid smile, one fore flint playing nervously in the sand before her. “But I’m certainly not the perfect creature you seem to see.” It’s been a long time since someone had used flattery on her. She’s a little ill equipped to deal with the bashful emotions that spring up as a reaction. Her ears flit about as her eyes lowers towards the sands, neck curled gracefully. Still, Lola doesn’t see all the goodness that Arraz speaks of. Her flaws are plain to see if he would just look. Silly stallion. ~Lola Blossom (OOC: It’s okay.

'In my eyes, you are perfect.' He said, a sweet smile lighting up his face. 'Though you may not see it, you have done everything perfectly since we met.' Arraz looked out at the water inront of him. It was clean and pure and a dazzling shade of turquiose. The dark shapes of different fish were so clear that it looked as if the the sea was transparent. He smiled. Those fish were so free. They had miles and miles of ocean to swim in and they did not have a care in the world. If only he was like that.

Lola Blossom bobs her head appreciatively and then turns her eyes to follow his gaze out towards the waters. She silently wonders what he might be observing in the vast, liquid plain. Or what he might be pondering? She’s certainly no mind reader. A light, cool breeze coming off the ocean rippling through the mare’s mane and tail and she nickers softly with delight, eyes able to catch the first tinges of orange in the sky as a sunset draws close. “It’s evening already,” she mutters, mostly to herself. Can she find her way home in the dark? She’s not really confident that should could and if the sun dips below the horizon and its light gives out she could be stranded. She fidgets uncomfortably where she stands, glancing at her companion. But it would be rude of her to just leave. Maybe he’d like to come with her? Halo would surely welcome a new addition to the herd. “I...” But how does she go about voicing these things? “My home in Symphony Falls is new to me and I’m not sure I could find my way at night.” She swallows. “If you’d like, maybe you could accompany me home? My King is quite generous and I’m sure he’d welcome you.” ~Lola Blossom (OOC: Sorry...losing ideas for the thread. So just trying anything here. )

'It would be a pleasure to walk you home. I am sure this Symphony Falls would make a lovely home for me. Point me in the right direction and we shall be on our way,' He said, smiling to Lola. He rested his back hoof as he waited for the pretty mare to answer. The sky was turning red and purple with every passing moment. Soon it would be dark and the predators will be out stalking their prey. Hopefully the two horses would return by then and would be safe in the herd where everyone is protective over everyone else.

Arraz's answer makes her glad, a smile creasing her dark mouth. Now she won't have to walk home alone and she'll be able to introduce this one to a place where he can be safe and appreciated by the others in the herd. That is enough to satisfy her and with ease she turns herself in an easterly direction, whickering back to her companion in a 'this way' fashion. And when she is certain that he is following along she lifts her graceful limbs to bring her into a smooth trot, an easy enough pace so that Arraz can keep up on his shorter legs but would definitely get them there quicker than a walk. "You'll like it at Symphony Falls," she explains as they go, "It's a very pretty place and our leader is all kinds of nice." ~Lola Blossom
