To Fly Above The Clouds

Her feet are tired, her head is hanging low and she does not wish to proceed. But proceed she will until she reaches the top and gives her wish to Namid. Because what she wants is something that she needs as well. Something that if she doesn't get will cause her to have a few small problems.

Her eyes seek for the top and she sees it. Her energy is restored and she nearly prances the way to the top. The cold does not stop her. Though she is used to a more tropical climate and the air is cool and crisp but not a wind that blows a horse down. She has reached the top and now she must make her wish. Her wish, not a request for magic.

"Lady Namid, I request your appearence,"she shouts into the cold air. Her breath being seen in the form of steam.

Why Wish for This?:so that she can watch over her foal no matter where she is, without being seen herself.

"What might it be that you desire of me," comes the voice from thin air. At first there is no appearance of the stark white mare, the only sight behind the flurry of white all around Flying Heart. And then a snowy shadow flits across the visiting mare's vision and there the goddess of the mountain stands. Her blue eyes are wise and her smile warm and gentle as she regards Heart quietly.

She shivers as snow swirls around her then smiles at the white mare before her. She lowers her head in respect then continues.

"Lady I have come to request wings, you see I have a daughter, she is still quite young but so adventurous and I fear..." she trailed off. Still her eyes held the worry she had for her young daughter. She knew that the wings would make her stand out but anything to help her daughter.

She nodded her head again in respect and waits for Namid's answer. She is uncertain of the outcome. Still she believes that Namid will grant her wish, she seems the kindest, which is exactly why Flying Heart choose her instead of the other two guardians.

[Halo]

The mare listens with care and concern, the very things that are shining in her gaze. Without speaking you can tell that she understand the predicament described to her and generally would like to help n any way possible. There are many dangers out there for a foal, she knows, especially with the disappearance of their Lord Fallen. Parents have to protect their children in any way they can. Slowly she bows her head. "Your request is granted."

There is a glow upon Heart's back at her withers, the light growing in size and shake to take the form of winged appendages. When the light fades the mother horse has a pair of wings that she will truly delight in. "And they look marvelous on you, dear," she compliments. When Heart turns to look at them and turns back, Namid has gone.
